Delivery terms.

Fast delivery within the EU:

  1. All products are delivered with DHL from Germany.
  2. Articles in stock will be delivered within only 3-6 work days (monday-friday) in Germany and within only 5 – 8 work days (monday-friday) in Europe.
  3. Please note: The delivery can be delayed by one working day if there is a Sunday or public holiday between order and delivery. The calculation of the respective working days always include the holidays at the place of business of the dealer.
  4. We deliver to following countries free of charge: Germany, Spain, France and Italy. If you wish to ship to another country, please write us an email (info@greenception.de) and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice, if we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, notify you of the shipping costs, as we must inquire about the shipping option and the costs in advance from our shipping partner.
  5. The delivery time from Germany can take up to 7 working days longer.
  6. When paying by bank transfer we must receive payment in advance before your order can be processed and the goods can be dispatched, unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing. From the transfer of your account usually 2 working days (usual banking time) pass until the money is in the account of Greenception GmbH and the shipment of the goods is released. This period is additionally to be taken into account for the duration of the delivery time.
  7. You can also have your order delivered to a different address than the billing address. Just enter the desired shipping address in your order. Online store security policies do not allow you to deliver packages to recipients who differ from the account or credit card holder.
  8. We ask for your understanding that a subsequent change of the delivery address is not possible. Orders are processed immediately and therefore it is unfortunately not possible for us to ensure a change. If the specified delivery address can not be found or your shipment can not be delivered, the shipment will be returned to us. As soon as the shipment has returned to us and has been checked, the credit will be taken on the way that you have specified as the payment method.
  9. To follow the delivery status of your order, please check the shipping confirmation, which you received by email. For each package, which will be sent to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a link to the tracking.
  10. Pickup is not possible as to logistical reasons.
  11. You have to bear the costs for return shipping yourself – these are not taken over by Greenception GmbH.
